On December 11, 2025, our kitchen at Young Chefs Academy of Frisco (Frisco, Texas) turned into a bright, bubbly celebration for the SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Promo. Families joined us for an energetic, hands-on cooking experience where kids didn’t just watch the fun, they made it. Aprons on, sleeves up, curiosity fully activated.

This themed event blended pop-culture excitement with real culinary education for kids. And the result? A room full of focused faces, confident stirring, and proud “I did that!” moments.

Pineapple-Powered Recipes, Kid-Friendly Techniques

Since it was SpongeBob-themed, our young chefs cooked playful pineapple recipes inspired by the day’s movie magic. The menu featured crowd-pleasers that still taught essential kitchen fundamentals:

  • Pineapple fried rice (hello, mixing skills and smart tasting!)
  • Pineapple party dip paired with baked tortilla chips (cut, portion, bake, cheers!)
